The focal length of the 42.5mm medium telephoto lens (35-85mm camera equivalent) is great for capturing portraits with a strong stereoscopic effect. The lens features a 0.31m zoom lens, making close-up shots such as food shots even more realistic.

The lens is compatible with sensors that shoot up to 240 fps*, giving an added advantage to cameras with fast autofocus.

The internal focusing system and stepping motor provide a fast and smooth autofocus system for both still photography and video recording.

Due to the shallow depth of field, which is rare with fast lenses, even slight shaking will result in loss of focus.

However, the POWER OIS (Optical Image Stabilizer), which was recently integrated into the lens, compensates not only for small and fast movements, but also for large and slow ones, making it even easier to take incredibly clear pictures even in poor lighting conditions, such as at night or in room.
