LUMIX G FISHEYE 8mm / F3.5 interchangeable lens (35mm equivalent: 16mm) for the new generation of LUMIX G Micro System cameras. Such a viewing angle will give a stunning look not only to photos, but also to videos. The new lens system, which combines ten lenses in nine groups, is surprisingly compact thanks to the Micro Four Thirds standard and can rightly be called the smallest and lightest in the world*. Using an ED lens allows you to achieve consistently high image performance at any focusing distance, from close-up to infinity. At the same time, the effects of color distortion and aberration are minimized.

The minimum focusing distance is 0.1m, but the LUMIX G FISHEYE 8mm / F3.5 features a built-in focusing system that provides extended working distance, meaning users no longer have to get close to the subject - even when taking close-up shots. The latest LUMIX G FISHEYE 8mm / F3.5 lens, when fitted to LUMIX G Micro System cameras, allows you to use the fast focusing and precise contrast functions of the AF system, making photography easier and more convenient than ever. Seven aperture blades give the aperture a rounded shape to achieve a smooth effect in areas of the image that are out of focus when shooting scenes that require a larger lens diameter. In addition, it is possible to use a film filter, such as gelatin, which is inserted from the back of the lens for greater filter efficiency. The lens is equipped with a stepping motor, which guarantees fast and quiet focusing in both still and video shooting. The device has a durable metal mount, and a multi-layer lens coating minimizes glare and flash reflections, further improving optical performance. In addition, the optimal lens hood design allows you to use the lens even in bright sunlight.
